The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! Right now, classes are offered for ladies age 14 and older. Classes are open to the public are held at First Christian Church in Greensburg, located at 425 N. Broadway. There is no cost for the class, but there is an opportunity to give through free will offering to support Zumba. Instructors include Savannah Sefton and Alina Wells. Got questions? Every Tuesday 9am-10am Bible Study is held at the YMCA. This is for women of all ages and denominations. It is a wonderful time of encouragement, support and growing in God's word.
Currently we are studying Worry & Stress from Women of the Faith. Come and join you will be blessed. |
