23 years ago, Melanie Nobbe, pictured at right, started her career in the Healthcare Food Service industry. Fast-forward to 2 years ago. With the help of the Greensburg Chamber of Commerce and the SBA, Melanie wrote out a business plan for her own health-conscious "food" related business. Now she's began a whole new phase of her journey by opening the doors to "LOVE YOUR HEART," a heart healthy and vegetarian menu catering and carry-out business.

With the help of Nancy Morrow(middle) and Christine Mathias(left), Melanie is now taking "heart healthy" orders. Some menu items include; grilled chicken, baked chicken, pulled BBQ, Chicken Salad, Sweet Potato Fries, a couple of kinds of salad, vegetarian foods from Morning Star Products, breakfast items and many other choices she describes as being off menu. One item of note...35 calorie Brownies!!!

Although she is currently looking to place orders, the ribbon cutting will be this Friday, November 6th, and the official grand opening is November 17th. The hours of operation for LOVE YOUR HEART will be from 6am - 5:30pm.

When asked what sets her business apart...Melanie says, "We just want people to be health conscious about what they eat."
