5. Neutralize the color of your home – Get rid of dark rooms or bright paint colors.

6. Bathrooms can be a deal breaker! – Keep out only the most necessary items and group them together. Coordinate towels in 1 or 2 colors only.

7. Curb Appeal is always the first impression. – No signs of garbage cans, leaky roofs or gutter. Keep lawn freshly cut. If possible repaint front door and trim.
